Sea Spell is set in its own grounds in an area of outstanding natural beauty, 400m from Constantine Bay and adjacent to Trevose golf course.
A public footpath leads from the garden to the centre of the sandy beach.

Inland, the towns of Wadebridge and Bodmin provide a wide range of leisure and shopping facilities, and the road network gives easy access to Newquay and Truro, the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor, and everything Cornwall has on offer for the holidaymaker.
