This two storey apartment is in effect an end of terrace house. There is a ground floor entrance into a lobby area with cloakroom. The spacious, dual aspect living room has a three piece suite, colour television with remote control, video, occasional tables, flame effect electric fire in an attractive white fireplace and a dining table with six chairs. The fully fitted kitchen has a family sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fan assisted electric oven with ceramic hob and grill, dishwasher and a breakfast table with four chairs. On the first floor the front king-size divan bedroom has en suite bathroom with power shower in the bath, w.c. and pedestal basin. There is a king-size divan bed, a fitted wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and two comfortable chairs in which to relax and enjoy the view over the golf course to the sea. The rear twin bedded room has an en suite bathroom with an electric shower in a 'tubby bath', w.c. and pedestal basin, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
