There is a large, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, family sized fridge/freezer, fan assisted electric oven with ceramic hob and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, wall mounted panel heater and a dining table with four chairs. The living room is off the kitchen through an arch and has a three piece suite, two additional armchairs, occasional tables, television with remote control, video, night storage heater and flame effect electric fire in the fireplace. This room looks out over the garden to the golf course and the sea. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath, w.c. and pedestal basin. On the first floor the rear bedroom has twin beds and space for a third bed if required. The en suite shower room has a power shower, w.c., basin and a down draught fan heater. There is a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a wall mounted panel heater. The front twin bedded room has sea views and an en suite shower room with a power shower, w.c., basin and a down draught fan heater. An arch at the bottom of the bedroom leads to a viewing area with two chairs and an occasional table. This is an ideal place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over Constantine bay. For families with a baby or toddler the chairs can be removed to provide space for a cot or fold up bed.
