This two storey apartment provides very versatile accommodation. The entrance is to the rear of Sea Spell. The pleasant living/dining area which looks out over the drive and garden to the sea is comfortably furnished with sofas and occasional tables, tv with video and a dining table with six chairs (two further chairs in bedrooms). The compact kitchen area is equipped with dishwasher, family sized fridge/freezer, fan assisted electric oven with ceramic hob and grill, microwave, toaster, kettle. There is one bedroom on the ground floor which has a single bed with a pull out bed under it suitable for a child. It has an en suite shower and vanity unit, a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a cloakroom with w.c. and basin. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath, w.c. and basin. The double room has a king-size divan bed, a range of fitted wardrobes, an en suite shower room with power shower, basin and w.c., and a view over the garden to the sea. The small single bedroom has a built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. To the rear is a large twin bedded room with en suite shower room and ample room for a cot.
