The front door of the apartment opens into an extremely spacious open plan living/dining room with kitchen area to the rear. There is a three seater sofa and three matching armchairs, colour television with remote control and video, occasional tables, electric flame effect fire in an attractive white surround, glass cabinet, and a dining table with six chairs. The fully fitted kitchen area has a family sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fan assisted electric oven with ceramic hob and grill, and a dishwasher. Stairs lead off the living area to the first floor. There is a bathroom with power shower in the bath, pedestal basin and w.c. The master bedroom has a double divan bed, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers and an en suite shower room with pedestal basin and w.c. There is one single bedroom with a pedestal basin, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. The dual aspect twin bedded room is ideal for two children and has a fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is additional storage space built in on the landing. All bedrooms have sea views. Heating downstairs is by storage heater and upstairs by storage heater, wall mounted panel heaters and down draught fan heaters.
