The bathroom has an electric shower in the bath, pedestal basin and w.c. The living area of this apartment is dual aspect and has marvellous views of the garden, golf course and sea. There is a two-seater sofa with matching armchair, colour television with remote control and video and occasional tables. There is a small dining table with chairs. The galley kitchen has a fridge/freezer, sink. electric cooker with grill, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has an electric shower in the bath, pedestal basin and w.c. The bedroom has twin beds and you can sit up in bed and enjoy the view (as the apartment is up three steps from ground level other guests will miss out on the treat of seeing you!). The living area and bedroom have electric storage heaters and there is a down draught fan heater in the bathroom.
