Entrance to this apartment is in the telephone lobby at the front of the property. The spacious living/dining room has a kitchen area to the rear. The living area, which has a square bay window overlooking the garden, golf course and sea, has a three seat sofa, three matching armchairs and occasional tables. There is a dining table with six chairs (four further matching chairs are in the bedrooms) and a glass cabinet and sideboard. An arch leads into the fully fitted kitchen which has family sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, fan assisted oven with ceramic hob and grill, and a dishwasher. The ground floor twin bedded room has an en suite bathroom with power shower in the bath, pedestal basin, bidet and w.c., fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A door leads from this bedroom to a sunny patio area. On the first floor there are two twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with separate shower cubicle with power shower, pedestal basin and w.c. The rear bedroom has adequate space for a cot. The dual aspect front bedroom has wonderful sea views, an en suite shower room with power shower, corner basin and w.c., built in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This apartment has oil fired central heating. A door from the hallway connects with Apartment 1 to provide accommodation for parties of up to 10.
